Think of a Home Inspection (like what you get when you buy or sell a home), but in the sense of ongoing maintenance issues customary for maintaining a house. We do not hire Home Inspectors. These inspections are meant as tools for you to manage your property well, not to certify your home for a sale. Our Maintenance Inspections include, but are not limited to, checking the functionality and efficacy of the following items:

Cabinets, finish carpentry, closets and storage systems, doors and gates, drywall, furniture installations (stationary furniture, lab tables, lockers, stationary desks, chalkboards, shelving, storage, and equipment used in a stage or gymnasium) weather insulation, locks, security alarms and warning systems, painting and wall coverings, window coverings, and other handy-work customary of a handyman such as minor repairs and maintenance.

After conducting a walk-through on your property, you will receive a report (complete with pictures and a description of each issue), similar to that of a home inspection. From this, you may request quotes for repairs from us, or with another vendor of your choosing.

We can also include the following outdoor items in your report:

Awnings, canopies, patio covers and exterior screens, doors and gates, fencing, gutters and downspouts, landscaping, masonry, painting and wall covering, pressure washing, siding, signs, decks, propane tanks and tank removal, and tree & tree stump removal.
